7FE20-S - Full Module Standard Series Electric Fryer

GENERAL SPECIFICATION

* Device trunk 18/8 Cr-Ni from stainless steel stone sheet,

*Baskets, are covered with wire suitable for frying and tin suitable for health conditions. The stem is protected against heating,

* Resistors, are removable for ease of cleaning and maintenance and are able to emit heat homogeneously,

* Main control switch to provide energy input to the device or cut off the input energy,,

* Heat control between 100 - 190 C with thermostat,,

* All electrical control and control equipment complies with international standards,

* Limit safety thermostat to automatically cut off electrical input in case of any danger to the device,

* The ends of the thermostats that come into contact with oil are made of Cr-Ni,

*3/4" ball valve at the bottom for draining the oil from the reservoir,

*Produced with a door cabinet as standard. The cabinet is made of stainless steel. Cabinet doors have plastic handles,

* For multi-purpose use, a doorless cabinet can be placed under the device instead of a cabinet with a door or  it can be mounted on a suitable carcass for middle group applications,

* Stainless adjustable tube legs, carrier sheets 2mm aluminized sheet.
