Double glazed, 2 doors and easy opening of interior glass provides ease of cleaning.
There is a safety switch which automatically disables operation of the oven when the door is opened.
Lighting can be achieved with one 300W halogen lamp.
Temperature setting with 0-90°C thermostat and safe use with 110°C limit thermostat.
There is easily disassembled and cleaned tray which collects dripping fat and there are 3 wire shelves well suited to cabin interior for chicken stacking.
