GENERAL FEATURES

• capacity: 50 Lt., indirect heating 
• Body manufactured of 18/8 Cr-Ni s/s satin finished sheet,
• Double walled cover made of s/s  and specially designed for reinforcement,  
• Temperature control between 60-180°C by multi- step thermostat,
• Indirect cooking with the help of the oil in the jacket
• Boiling temperature of oil in the jacket above 200°C,
• Equipped with water filling (hot/cold) and emptying valves,
• To prevent accidental opening, specially designed safe emptying valve for the cooked food,
• In case of failure, limit thermostat  stops the power automatically,
• All of the electric control boards and devices in conformity with the international standards,
• Adjustable feet of stainless stell pipe, carrier sheet is 2 mm aluminized sheet,
