Indirect cooking with the help of the oil in the jacket
Boiling temperature of oil in the jacket above 200°C,
Equipped with water filling (hot/cold) and emptying valves,
To prevent accidental opening, specially designed safe emptying valve for the cooked food,
In case of failure, limit thermostat stops the power automatically,
All of the electric control boards and devices in conformity with the international standards,
Adjustable feet of stainless stell pipe , carrier sheet is 2 mm aluminized sheet,.
