Indirect cooking with the help of oil in the jacket,
Boiling temperature of oil in the jacket above 200°C,
Equipped with water filling (hot/ cold) and emptying valves
To prevent accidental opening, specially designed safe emtying valve for the cooked food,
In case of failure, limit thermostat stops the power automatically,
Gas taps with the pilot flame, minimum-maximum flame and in case the flame turns off, it stops the supply of gas automatically,
Automatic ignition button,
Gas burner of stainless pipe suitable for operation with all types of gases,
Either LPG or natural gas (G31, G25, G25.1, G27, G2.350) operated and conversion without modification,
Adjustable feet of stainless stell pipe , carrier sheet is 2 mm aluminized sheet,
