"Further, Together!" In the presentations emphasizing "further, together!", 2016 İnoksan dealership system and targets, segmentation and premium system in dealership, call centre, R&D studies, sell, export and after sales services were discussed. Moreover, the first and only home made oven with touch-screen, İnosmart, was introduced to dealers.

Board Chairman Vehbi Varlık, Mutfak A.Ş. General Manager Emre Varlık, Satış Pazarlama A.Ş. General Manager Esra Altay, Satış Pazarlama A.Ş. Deputy General Manager Fatih Güceyi, Management Team of İnoksan and nearly 40 dealers participated in the meeting.  

Board Chairman of İnoksan stated that "I'm so proud of working with a more effective, more effcient and more professional team. I believe wholeheartedly that we will carry İnoksan into future for more 35 years.  We get better results everyday in turn of our investments both to human and technology and machines. Our primary aim is to study for your happiness and satisfaction and advance further together."

General Manager of Satış Pazarlama A.Ş, Esra Altay also said that "We completed the year of 2015 with a 20% growth successfully. We plan a 25% growth in 2016. As İnoksan, we aim a 56% expansion in our medium term plans in next 5 years. Our goal is to rise the share of dealers in total domestic profit to 50% in next 5 years. This goal supports the importance we give our dealers and our dealer growth strategy. İnoksan accelerates the growth process besides creating and leading dynamics of its sector. İnoksan came up smelling like a rose from branding process, the most important part of retail, and succeeded to be the first preference of customers. Considering real rules of this severe competition environment, we believe the necessity of improving our deep-rooted "values" and "earnings" and strengthening our corporation."

The first three successful dealers of 2015 were awarded with a weekend stop over in İstanbul.  Moreover, 16 successful dealers also received special success plates for their achievements in 2015.

Before the meeting, "İnoksan Hall Tournament" was held between the dealers. The dealers wet head to head in a football simulation on the giant LED screen. İnoksan gave their cups to the first three winners.
