The organization was held by Yurdanur Varlık, wife of Board Chairman of İnoksan Vehbi Varlık, in Saitabat Culture and Solidarity House operated by only women.

Yurdanur Varlık chatted with participant and said, "As İnoksan, we always believe in gender equality in not only recruitment, but also all aspects of life as social rights, education and business development.
